A fixative used during brow lamination to fix the new shape of the brows obtained with the lifting cream (step 1).
This neutralizing agent gently shapes without damaging them, eyebrows look healthier and shinier.
Thanks to its special composition, it strengthens and moisturizes the eyebrows.
