Ordering and delivery conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to the trading between Alekki Oy, business ID 3427445-6 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and its customers. Both parties undertake to comply with the terms and conditions in force at the time the order is placed. These terms and conditions of sale and delivery replace all previous terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
Salonkitukku currently delivers products to Finland and other EU countries.
Payment and payment methods
The ordered products are the property of Salonkituku until the full amount of the purchase has been paid to Salonkituku’s account. Salonkitukku may, if it wishes, check the customer’s credit information.
You can pay conveniently in many ways. The payment intermediaries of the online store are Stribe and Paytrail makasupalvelut. Once you have paid for your purchase in the online store, you will receive a confirmation of the payment from the intermediary (Stripe or Paytrail) to your email. Once your order has been processed from Salonkitukku, you will receive a receipt with tax breakdowns by email.

General information
We will process your ordered products and shipping as soon as possible. We pack all deliveries ourselves. During busy times and big promotions such as Black Week and Christmas, delivery times may be longer for reasons beyond our control. Please note that we do our best here and at the carriers to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
If any of the items in your order are out of stock, or if there are major changes to the delivery time, we will contact you by email in the first instance. We recommend that you register as a user in our online shop to ensure smooth customer service in all situations.
If the order is delivered by letter to a letterbox, the subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be stored in a letterbox. The conditions of the recipient’s mailbox or letterbox – cold, heat or humidity – can be harmful to the products. The tracking number for parcels will be provided with the confirmation of dispatch by e-mail, for letters the tracking number is not available. Salonkitukku is not responsible for delays, changes, disruptions or errors in the delivery of mail for reasons beyond our control.
Prices
We reserve the right to make price corrections due to possible technical or human errors. Prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT (25.5%) in accordance with Finnish law. If you have any questions about prices when shopping, you can get a quick answer by asking in the chat service.
If you want to buy products in larger quantities, you can also ask us for a quote for the product batch you want.
Right of exchange and return
The right of exchange and return for unused and saleable stock products is 14 days from the date of delivery. The returned product and its original packaging must be carefully handled. If the product has been used or handled negligently, the right of return no longer applies. All parts should be included in the return, including the instructions for use.
All returns must be notified in advance to our customer service team by email at myynti@salonkitukku.com. Simply returning or not picking up the product is not enough to cancel the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to prove that the cancellation notice has been made. For uncollected shipments, we charge from €20 in shipping, return and handling fees.
The right of exchange and return does not apply to the following products:
- Hygiene products such as gels, liquids, lotions, hair care products
- Made-to-order products such as furniture
- Training (remote, live or online)
The money for the returned products will be returned to the account provided by the customer no later than two weeks after receiving the return. If there has been a clear error in the order, we are ready to correct it in the best way we deem. If it is not possible to repair the product, we will replace it with a new equivalent product. The error must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the order.

Ordering and delivery conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to the trading between Alekki Oy, business ID 3427445-6 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and its customers. These terms and conditions of sale and delivery replace all previous terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
Salonkitukku currently delivers products to Finland and other EU countries.
Delivery options include pick-up from the Huittinen office or orders delivered via Posti, Postnord, Matkahuolto or DB Schenker’s transport services. From the transport services, you can choose transport to your destination, pick-up from a van or pick-up from the nearest pick-up point.
Pick-up from Huittinen office: You can pick up your order at the Huittinen office at: R Salonki, Lauttakylänkatu 18, 32700 Huittinen. You will receive a notification via SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
Pick-up from Sastamala office: You can pick up your order at the Sastamala office at: PR Salonki, Puistokatu 7, 38200 Sastamala. You will receive a notification via SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
Parcel locker: You can choose delivery to a parcel locker. You will receive a text message on your phone with a notification of the arrival of the shipment and a PIN code that you can use to pick up the parcel from the parcel locker – remember to provide your phone number when placing the order. The parcel usually arrives at the parcel locker 1 to 3 working days after sending. If the parcel locker is full or has a fault, the parcel will be directed to a service point.
Local Post: the parcel will be delivered to your local post office, where it can be picked up after 4 pm on the working day following the day of dispatch in most places, and only on the second working day in some places due to Post’s delivery conditions. You will receive an email informing you that your order has been sent as a parcel, together with a parcel tracking code. You will also receive an SMS when the parcel is available for collection from your local post office. Please bring your ID with you to the post office when you pick up your parcel.
Transportation to the destination: Delivery according to the service provider’s transport schedules
Responsibility for late delivery
The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes or other unforeseen events. However, the Seller will always endeavour to inform the customer of any delays in these situations.
Out of stock product
The product can sometimes be sold out completely, or temporarily. In this case, we will notify you in an appropriate manner and deliver the product as quickly as possible. If it is not possible to deliver the product, we will resolve the matter in the way we see fit.
Cancellation of an order
You can cancel an order if your order has not been processed and sent to the customer before the cancellation notice. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been confirmed and processed by the system. We cannot guarantee that we will receive emails regarding cancellations or changes.
Complaints

The buyer is obliged to check the condition and correctness of the product when opening the shipment. Any comments on the products must be made to the seller immediately after the defect or error has been brought to the buyer’s attention. The delivery shall be deemed to have been accepted unless it is notified within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
The seller has the right to either repair the defect or deliver new goods in the first instance. The buyer has no right to require delivery if there has been a change in circumstances which materially alters the relationship between the originally agreed performance obligations.
The buyer must follow the seller’s instructions on a case-by-case basis in the event of a complaint.
Changes to the conditions
Law: These terms and conditions and your rights and obligations under them are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be settled primarily by negotiation.
Product responsibility
The seller is responsible for the safety of the products and for ensuring that they do not pose a risk to users. The Seller undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the marketing and sale of the Products.
Guarantee
The seller does not give any warranty for the products. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies from product to product. For warranty issues, please contact Customer Service at myynti@salonkitukku.com.
Product quality and description
The seller undertakes to provide products that meet the applicable quality requirements and standards. The products are described in detail on the website. However, the seller cannot guarantee that the product catalogue is error-free or complete.
Change
Salonkitukku is one of Alekki Oy’s auxiliary names. Whenever the name Salonkitukku is used, the actual company is Alekki Oy. Alekki Oy is always named on invoices and other official documents.
Salonkitukku reserves the right to make price changes.
If individual provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery are invalid, this shall not affect the other parts of the contract. If any provision is invalid, the content of the contract shall be governed by the provisions of the law.
Insurance: the seller will maintain the necessary insurance to cover the risks arising from the sale of the product.
The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
